WARRANTY
Your Shimpo product is manufactured with extreme care and is guaranteed for one year from date delivery against all defects in material or workmanship (two year for Torque Meters)

The following cases are not covered under the warranty.

  1. Breakdown or damage caused by alteration or use other than which the product is designed for.
  2. Breakdown or damage caused by circumstances not related to the products.
  3. Breakdown or damage caused by modification or repair of the product by other than Nidec-Shimpo America Corporation.
  4. Breakdown or damage caused by earthquake, flood damage, power surge or other man made or natural disasters.
  5. Breakdown or damage caused by improper operation as described in the operation/instruction manual enclosed or by insufficient care and maintenance of the product.
  6. When replacing consumable and non-consumable parts with other than new Nidec-Shimpo parts.
